GREENITALY is Italian excellence in the field of landscape architecture, a company formed by three leading professional companies such as Studio Gatti, Vivai Ruzittu and Scarabelli Export, which together have over 100 years of history in design and realization of works of public and private landscapes.
GREENITALY is for us the green of our culture: the green of art, the green of architecture and design, the green of music, the green of the Tuscan landscape and waters of Sardinia, the green kitchen and also the red of Ferrari. It is the green of a country that the whole world recognizes and loves with great admiration for the unique ability to make which everywhere is called “made in Italy”. To the visitor of the Bel Paese, such as in an extraordinary garden, it still happens to be illuminated by a light that comes from the spell of a promised land, a paradise dreamed by humanity and guarded with great magical-religious traditions.
GREENITALY comes from our consciousness of this background, the same one that often Renzo Piano likes to repeat citing the medieval philosopher Bernard of Chartres: “We are dwarfs on the shoulders of a giant” which is the enormous wealth of the Italian landscape and the culture from which rise to look down and therefore look further away than can others. Even in international contemporary landscape architecture and in projects of the most important architects today we find still evident influences of the culture of the Italian Renaissance garden.
